Welcome to Zidy Prime. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our platform. These terms govern your use of our website, mobile applications, and booking services. By using Zidy Prime, you agree to these terms in full.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Zidy Prime's website or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Booking and Reservations
All bookings made through Zidy Prime are subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant service provider (airline, hotel, or tour operator). A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation email with a booking reference number. Zidy Prime acts as an intermediary between you and the service providers and is not the principal party to any booking.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on Zidy Prime are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed. You are responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments associated with your booking. We accept payment via major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant payment systems.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies vary by service provider and fare type. Bookings marked "Free Cancellation" can be cancelled without charge up to the specified deadline. Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled for a refund after purchase. To cancel a booking, log in to your account and navigate to My Bookings. Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7-14 business days to your original payment method.
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify Zidy Prime immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You may not share your account with third parties or use another person's account without their express permission.
6. Travel Documents and Visas
It is your sole responsibility to obtain all required travel documents, including valid passports, visas, and health certificates. Zidy Prime is not responsible for any failure to obtain the required documentation. You should check visa requirements for your destination country with the relevant embassy or consulate before booking.
7. Limitation of Liability
Zidy Prime shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to a booking shall not exceed the total amount you paid for that booking. Zidy Prime is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party service providers.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on Zidy Prime, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Zidy Prime or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our platform without express written permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Zidy Prime shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
