Every interactive element is reachable and usable without a mouse.

Semantic markup and labels so assistive tech can describe the page.

Clear focus states

Visible focus indicators help you keep track of where you are.

Our commitment

Zidy Prime is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards so that travel is open to all.

Conformance standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more usable for everyone.

What we’ve done

Our platform uses semantic HTML, descriptive labels and alt text, sufficient color contrast, keyboard-navigable controls, visible focus indicators, and responsive layouts that adapt to zoom and small screens. We test with screen readers and keyboard-only navigation as part of our process.

Ongoing improvements

Accessibility is never “finished.” We regularly audit our pages, fix issues we discover, and factor accessibility into new features from the start rather than as an afterthought.

Known limitations

Some third-party content, such as embedded maps or partner widgets, may not fully meet our standards. Where we rely on third parties, we work with them to improve accessibility and offer alternative ways to complete key tasks.
